Welcome to OCTRIBUTION, a platform operated by OCTRIBUTION LLC. By using our distribution and record label services, you accept the following terms:
OCTRIBUTION operates under a hybrid model as a Private Record Label and Digital Audio Distributor. We are not an open distribution platform available to the general public without prior invitation or verification.
Our services are limited exclusively to the distribution of phonographic content (audio). OCTRIBUTION does NOT perform video content distribution. Any attempt to upload video files will be rejected.
Percentage: The Artist will receive 70% of net royalties generated by their releases and received by OCTRIBUTION from digital stores (DSP). Label Commission: OCTRIBUTION will retain the remaining 30% for administration, distribution, and platform maintenance services. Split Sheets: It is the user's responsibility to correctly complete the split sheet for each work. Payments will not be processed for works with incomplete credit information.
Dashboard: Balances shown in the platform's control panel are informational records ("shell"). Manual Payments: Real payments are executed manually through external payment applications following user request. Verification Requirement: No payments will be processed until the artist has completed the identity verification process and security compliance.
The Artist retains 100% ownership of their compositions and master recordings (Masters), granting OCTRIBUTION a non-exclusive license to distribute, commercialize, and collect income from such works on their behalf.
